Ordering Information

THE ORDERING PROCESS

 

Invitation Ave. aims to ensure that our clients have a pleasant shopping experience with us by offering a simple and convenient way of ordering our quality products.

 

· When you see a design that you like, simply click on the “Obtain a Quote” button on the display page of the design.  Alternatively, you can go straight to our “Obtain a Quote” form or email us at enquiries@invitationave.com.au and specify the design and the quantities of the item(s) which you would like a quote for. Please also specify any design features that you would like added/deleted from the original design.

 

· A quote will be emailed to you within 1 (one) business day. To proceed with the order, you will need to advise us via email (ordering instructions are given on the quote sheet).

 

· Within 1 business day of your approval to proceed with the order, we will email to you an invoice of which 50% is to be paid prior to commencement of the order - payment details will be provided on the invoice. The remaining 50% is to be paid prior to dispatch from our premises.

 

· Upon receipt of the deposit, we will then liaise with you in regards to the wording that you would like on the invitations and other stationery, the final design choice (proofs) and your guest list.

 

· Production will commence once you have approved the final proof.

TO ORDER A SAMPLE PACK

 

· Click on the “Order Sample Pack” button on the display page of the design that you are interested in. Alternatively, you can go straight to our “Sample Pack” order form.

 

· Once you have submitted your order, we will provide you with our payment details within 1 (one) business day.

 

· Sample packs will be dispatched within 5 (five) business days of receiving your payment.
