Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

 

We accept payments by direct deposit, credit card (Visa and Mastercard - please note that a surcharge of 50c + 3% of the total price, applies with this payment method) and cheques/money orders.

 

Credit card payments are processed through Paymate – a secure, accurate and reliable online payment service available for your convenience. For further information on Paymate, please visit their website at www.paymate.com.

 

Once an order is approved by the customer, a non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid prior to the commencement of the order. This payment signifies your formal approval to proceed with the order and your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions (cancellation of your order after this point will mean that your deposit is forfeited). The remainder of the balance owing is to be paid prior to dispatch from our premises.

 

Payment for sample packs is to be made upon placement of order.

 

 

PRICING

 

All prices specified on this site and on the quote sheet  are in Australian dollars ($AUD).

 

All prices are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have been given a quote, we will honour the price on the quote. Quotes are valid for 10 business days.

 

 

ORDERING

 

We have a minimum of 5 orders of a particular item (i.e. invitation, thank you card, place card etc. are each considered different items).

 

Sample packs - a maximum of 4 designs and a maximum of 1 sample pack per design may be ordered.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

 

We cannot cancel or refund an order once the 50% deposit has been paid - this payment will be forfeited upon cancellation. Furthermore, if cancellation occurs after an order has been completed, full payment of the order is required within 5 (five) business days after the invoice has been issued.

 

We cannot alter orders once the final proof has been approved by the client.

 

Invitation Ave. aims to ensure that orders are correct and all items that are produced have been printed from the final proof. Any errors made by Invitation Ave. will be reprinted free of charge (this includes postage and handling costs). However, errors that are in the final proof, which has been approved by the client, are not considered to be our responsibility. We can reprint items at cost to the client if requested.

 

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all wording and layout are correct before approving the proof. All guest list and addresses are to be provided in either a Word document or Excel spreadsheet, and are to be typed as you wish for it to appear. We print directly from the guest list that you provide to us – we do not check for errors, therefore it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the names and addresses are correct.

 

Please note that on-screen colour reproduction may not be indicative of the actual print - a sample of the final proof is recommended for purchase to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the colours. Proofs may be altered three times, after which a charge of $3.00 per proof change will be incurred.

 

 

DELIVERY

 

We will print and dispatch your order within 15 business days of your final proof approval. Samples are dispatched within 5 (five) working days of receiving your payment. All items are sent via registered post and will take 3-7 business days to arrive.*

 

*NOTE: Australia Post advises that these timetables are just rough guidelines. Unexpected delays beyond the control of Australia Post may occur and will not be the responsibility of Australia Post or Invitation Ave. It is advisable to allow extra time in case of unexpected delays.

 

Price of postage and handling costs will be provided on our quote sheet. The price will vary depending on which design you choose and the quantity. Insurance is optional and is at cost to the client. We take the utmost care in ensuring that all items are shipped using reinforced packaging, so that items arrive intact.

 

Invitation Ave. will not be responsible for any losses or damages which occur during the shipping process - insurance is available. If an order is not received within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately and we will source information on the delivery.

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Invitation Ave. respects the privacy of our customers and guarantees that the information we collect will be handled with proper regard to privacy. No personal information is shared, sold or passed on in any way to any other organisation.

 

Invitation Ave. accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices of the externally-linked sites.
